Toronto Homes
If it is indeed a detached home you are looking for, then you are more than welcome to invest in one of the Toronto detached homes for sale, as there are so many of them in this city that you could literally have any taste for them in the world, and you'd still most likely find your dream home. Mobile homes, backsplits, sidesplits, ranchers, bungalows, cottages, multi-story homes, single-story homes, duplexes, and even mansions are just some of the pickings in this incredible city. Toronto is cultural mixing pot, filled with an assortment of the lifestyles of each culture, as well as their people (who can be welcoming and friendly to anyone who joins their neighborhood). No matter which of the detached homes you make the final pick of in Toronto, you will find that you are close to virtually everything in the city thanks to the presence of the major roadways, the major highways, the TTC subway system, and lots and lots of public transit bus stops, as well as streetcars for downtown. Between all of this, there isn't any part of Toronto (or even beyond, if you wished) that you wouldn't be able to have full access to.
Shopping is in the blood of the people living in Toronto, as Toronto is the shopping mecca of southern Ontario (and as one could even argue, the entire province), and is home to some awesome shopping malls. The CF Toronto Eaton Centre is loaded with enough amenities that you'd be able to spend an entire day inside and MAYBE not even get a chance to experience every store in it. Besides the Eaton Centre, you also have Yorkdale Shopping Centre, which is another large shopping mall further north in Toronto near the Downsview Airport; Yorkdale Shopping Centre is unique in that it actually has its own subway station that is built right next to the mall so that people can walk across a covered bridge from it and appear right in the mall. Yorkdale Shopping Centre is also home to a large theater, as well as several high-end boutiques and clothing stores, along with plenty of other storefronts that are sure to be a true and utter pleasure for you to be able to enjoy from any of the Toronto detached homes for sale. You also have the Lawrence Square mall, which contains several boutiques and other excellent and exciting shops.
Accessibility to the rest of Toronto from whichever of the Toronto detached homes for sale you would've chosen is extremely easy thanks to the major roadways. Yonge Street (the longest street in the world) begins at the shores of Lake Ontario in downtown Toronto and (thanks to its multiple extensions) can take you right up into the city of Barrie. Bloor Street is another major roadway, as it can give you access to Oshawa in the east and Mississauga in the west. Yes, these two roadways alone could allow you to have virtually all of the city of Toronto in your hands, but multiple other roadways are present too, such as Dundas Street, Lake Shore Boulevard, Bathurst Street, Bayview Avenue, Keele Street, Jane Street, Dufferin Street, St. Clair Avenue, and Eglinton Avenue, as well as Don Mills Road and Islington Avenue. With so many roadways to be able to choose from (and the fact that pretty much all of them have lots of public transit bus stops). You also have the W.R Allen Road, which is designed to connect Lawrence Avenue, Eglinton Avenue, and Wilson Avenue all much faster, as well as the Highway 401; the Allen Road allows people to not have to get bogged up in traffic on the other major roadways, so this truly is the "ultimate" express lane!
