On the exterior, buyers may believe The Shoreham Apartments to be an unassuming structure, but this was constructed back before it was a prerequisite that every condominium had to look like a over glorified disco ball in the shape of a tower; this was a time when condominiums were simple and built with quality. However, the amenities of The Shoreham Apartments have remained modern, and are competitive with more modern condos.
Developed by The Shoreham Apartments Ltd., and currently managed by Icc Property Management, The Shoreham Apartments contain a number of 1-bedroom (737 square feet) and 2-bedroom (1300 square feet) condo units for buyers to take advantage of.
