THE VERVE - 120 HOMEWOOD AVEGrandiose, luxurious, possessed of a lustre bordering on diamond-brilliance, The Verve is located at 120 Homewood Ave in the St. James Town neighbourhood, and is also an icon for the city of Toronto; clean, green, and sustainable, while at the same time being a pinnacle of modern comfort. Featuring a design that makes the entire structure look very ordered and symmetrical, The Verve is truly a real estate investors’ dream. With Tridel heading the project as the developer, Burka Architects planned the entire process as the architect company, and Mike Neven Interior Design Inc. bringing up the rear of development by handling the interior décor. The Verve was completed in 2008, and is now currently managed by Del Property Management. Altogether, The Verve has 444 units spread out over 40 storeys, with the smallest room size being 522 feet², and the largest room size being 1686 feet². Featuring an array of features like engineered hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private terraces, and elaborate kitchens that are eye-catching & modern. The Verve and all its accommodations and amenities, along with its physical attraction, are why the historical average PSF shows a positive return on investment. The Verve at 120 Homewood Ave is not the only place where one can experience amenities (both recreational and beneficial), but there are also amenities all throughout the nearby areas of the city of Toronto that buyers can experience. Besides the grocery store that can be found onsite, investors can find a Toronto Public Library (the St. James Town Branch), and a bit down Wellesley, away from the library, there are a huge amount of shops, stores, restaurants, and other services, such as banks and more at Church St. As far as transportation goes, homebuyers need only walk up or down Wellesley for a minute or two to reach a TTC bus stop, and from there, use the bus to get around where they need to go. If residents of The Verve feel like a bit of a longer walk (or by using the bus), they can head west on Wellesley St. to reach the Wellesley subway station. Another subway station that is a close bus ride away is if investors catch the TTC bus at Wellesley and Sherbourne, going north until they reach the Sherbourne subway station. If there are buyers who enjoy riding around on a bicycle to get around, they are welcome to take a short ride to the east, to the intersection of Wellesley and Bleecker, where they can also find a Bike Share Toronto station (another Bike Share Toronto station can be found near the Wellesley subway station). If buyers prefer a different mode of transportation, by taking the bus east on Wellesley to Parliament, then south to either Gerrard or Dundas, they can jump off the TTC bus and onto a TTC streetcar at one of these intersections, which is a great way to sightsee around downtown Toronto. Also, if motorists drive east on Wellesley to Parliament, go south on Parliament to Dundas, then east on Dundas, they can reach the Don Valley Parkway, which serves as a great arterial highway to get to either the Gardiner Expressway to the south, or to the Highway 401 to the north.
