As for the nearest greenspace that buyers of Sword Street Lofts will be able to enjoy, they will be able to have prime access to Riverdale Park West, which is accessible by heading south on Sword St, west on Gerrard St E, then north on Sumach St to Carlton St, then east on Carlton St to right where it curves south as Riverdale Park Rd.
