Space wise, where can you find an apartment over 1100 sq ft with the potential for 3 bedrooms or 2 plus a fantastic office/den for the prize of a one bedroom apartment? Not close by. Thunder Bay? If you want something that needs a little paint and freshening up, then stay well away from this one. But if you want a true project and have some extra cash to put in the effort, then this apartment is price correctly.
